"I’ve talked to several insurance agents over the past few days. I have been mansplained to and forced to listen to sales pitches for why I needed to move all of my insurance to a particular agency. I needed a simple renters insurance policy for my son who just moved to a new state. Kylie was amazing! She recognized that I’m busy and I knew what I needed. Kylie answered my questions clearly & concisely. She offered to gather the extra information we needed from the property manager so that I could get on with my day. She handled what we needed and had the paperwork to us within 30 minutes."
