"I am very loyal to companies that I use for insurance protection and have had Allstate for over 10 years. Jackson Wellborn from a St. Farm office has called me for about 2 years on a 6 month basis for trying to bait me to switch carriers. Up to this point, we had brief conversations as i had no intention of switching as I was basically OK with the carrier i had. Then came an over 150% increase in my homeowners policy tabbed as " a general rate increase". I had no claims at all and paid my premiums without fail!! I understand that rates increase as a normal business practice, but not to that amount!! So I called Jackson up and gave him an opportunity to win my business, including automobile policies and umbrella policy. After a few back and forths, Jackson came through with the same policies for a total of money saved on the total package. He is well versed in coverages, definitely reachable and worked hard to win my business. He is an asset to the Trisha Schwartz Agency in Holly Springs, NC. Hopefully I will be with them as a loyal client for years to come!!"

"I moved from Florida to North Carolina and Jackson assisted me through the entire transfer process! Including getting me the documents I needed to transfer title and get plates while I was standing in the DMV line to do so!
